About Us: FORTUNA 11's owner Fortuna Zafer has been in sports for 40 years. FORTUNA 11 Football Player Representation (We changed our Altin Karma brand to Fortuna 11) which has been in the television and film community since 1993 is a Professional Football Player Representation and Sports Agency in Istanbul. We follow many local and foreign football players. However, since we deal with all of them individually, not hundreds of football players, we work for a long time by selecting 11-16 athletes as much as the team roster.
We are not marketers, we are professional football representatives who are involved in the athlete's entire career plan. We watch, record, note, meet, talk, listen to football players and become a family that understands them. We obtain match information that no one else can see or know about. We prepare materials by conducting detailed scouting work. Because we know that "Finding an athlete that everyone knows cannot be a football player discovery." In addition to football players who have played for the National Team in any category, we work to discover talented football players early and bring them to clubs. We know how difficult it is to explain such football players to clubs and we achieve the difficult.
HOW DOES FORTUNA ZAFER WORK?
We do not work with any football player without a contract. We openly declare that we have no demands other than the legal 10% fee in transfers. Sometimes football players find us, sometimes we find them. HOW DO WE MAKE TRANSFER?
We make all transfers, but those who decide to include the player in the team are the club managers and technical directors. For this reason, no transfer guarantee can be given to any player. The name, market and potential of the player are very important in terms of which decision the clubs will make. Sometimes, club professionals may not show any interest in a very good player. The transfer decision is completely in the hands of the clubs.
We introduce our player in an unprecedented and most comprehensive way and explain it patiently, and the clubs make the final decision. If the clubs are not waiting at the door for the player's transfer, it is very important for the athletes to understand this. It is easier to transfer a player with a certain market. We focus on doing our job perfectly without considering whether it is easy or difficult, and this is how our transfer success comes.
WHICH COUNTRIES, LEAGUE AND TEAMS ARE WE IN CONTACT WITH?
FORTUNA 11 / Fortuna Zafer is in regular contact with all professional football clubs in Turkey and the world, regardless of whether they are in the upper or lower leagues. It does not remain within the borders of Turkey and continues to expand its network with professional representatives in Istanbul Center (Turkey), Manchester (England), Dortmund (Germany), Strasbourg (France), Gent (Belgium), Limburg (Netherlands), Belgrade (Serbia), New York (USA), Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) as well as clubs abroad. Although our first target area is Turkey, we are everywhere in the world with our extensive contacts and there is no location we cannot reach.
FORTUNA 11 Football Player Representative athlete criteria and working conditions:
★ Those who are not without a club (We do not make last minute transfers / Important rule)
★ Those who do not have a contract with an agent or representative (We are the only authorized person)
★ Footballers between the ages of 18-29 (For those who will join us for the first time)
★ Professional licensed footballers (For seniors)
★ Those who actively play in upper categories and at least up to the 2nd League (Domestic - International)
★ Those who have played in the National Team in any category (For all footballers)
★ Those who have played in European or popular leagues (For foreign footballers)
★ Those who have a TransferMarkt / PlaymakerStats page (For all senior footballers)
★ Those who have videos (Image quality is not important)
★ Footballers we like after all the monitoring and detailed research
★★ Announcing that they work with us from their personal accounts (After the agreement)
★★ They cannot discuss transfers with others without our knowledge (After the agreement)
If a player meets most of the above criteria in our selection, the preference is the priority. Liking his football is not enough. When determining the players, social media usage, private life and family structure are investigated. (Tobacco, hookah etc.) It is very important that he does not use harmful substances and complies with the sports ethics.
If we have agreed with a player, he has definitely been included in the Fortuna 11 with his potential. We do not work with any player without a contract. Our contract includes legally mandatory clauses and we receive a 10% fee from the transfer. We first conduct the player's profiles and image work by obtaining his authorization with the contract. Our players also announce that they are working with us from their personal accounts. We start our transfer negotiations simultaneously.
We make all the transfers, but the club managers and technical directors are the ones who will decide to include the player in the team. For this reason, no transfer guarantee can be given to any player. We plan the career of our players with a common idea. We evaluate all transfer offers with the player. We do not allow our players to meet directly with other managers and club directors without our knowledge.
We want our players in a certain age group to be at a level where they can make their own decisions. A player managed by family members cannot make their own decisions and take responsibility on the field. For this reason, we do not allow their family to interfere with our professional work. We work after agreeing on all these criteria.
